Endurance, Strength, Power = Fit!
Everybody is talking about core training, cross training, real-life simulation exercises . . .
All the benefits of these various types of training can be achieved with the right combination of:
- full-body free-weight training
- cardio that boosts your heart rate
- stimulating AND effective exercise
Take a look around you. Who is in good shape? What kind of exercise are they doing?

The FeO2Fit philosophy is
simple yet successful
The key to fitness and and improved body composition is simply getting out there and getting active! This can be accomplished best by pairing free-weight compound movements with calorie burning cardio combined with good nutrition. My speciality is making activity fun by promoting outdoor hiking excursions with your dogs!
- Compound weight lifting movements bring into play the most muscle groups
- The "Law of Thermodynamics" states that to lose body fat one must expend more calories than one consumes
Make your exercise time count and remember this - you are never too out-of-shape, too old or too busy - with the proper tools you can become fit and healthy!

Tip / Quote of the Day
Get an accurate skin-fold measurement to test for your actual body fat. A good measurement for a healthy athelete is 8 percent to 13 percent, according to the American Council on Exercise, but 26 percent is considered an acceptable healthy range.

Keep an Online Fitness Journal
I recommend keeping a daily fitness journal to track your physical activity and eating. Using a heart rate monitor can make this process more fun and beneficial.
